GSA (Ghana Standards Authority) has expanded the list of regulated goods under the scope of the EasyPASS Programme.
All products are now subject to the EasyPASS programme, except goods regulated by FDA(Food products, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, household chemical substances).

As a consequence, all products having an HS code starting by one of the two following digits are subject to the EasyPASS Programme:
25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31, 32, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 94, 95, 96

GSA has appointed Bureau Veritas for the implementation of the EasyPASS programme since May 1st, 2018.

The EasyPASS certificate gives fast track acceptance on arrival by GSA. The conformity assessment process is used to check that imported products into Ghana are in conformity with the requirements of applicable standards before shipment to Ghana.
